Experience and Credit

What is important for an individual in the more and more competitive society? I think they are experience and credit. If you have both, you will win in the future.

Above all, experience is one of the most?important factors to your future.?How to gain your experience? The only way is to plan your career and to practice it. A country has a five-year plan, and you should have similar plan like this, say, two-year or three-year plan. Because the society is changing more and more rapidly, your plan may not cover too long period, and I think it is better if your plan is less than five-year. Once you make your decision, then you practice it for your goals. To be a good seller, for instance, if you want in the next two-year, you begin to learn some basic knowledge about how to sell, then you go out to sell your products, you do your utmost to try to persuade other people to buy your product. Don't deceive them. Just practice. No matter how successful or failed, your solitory thing is to practice. And behind practice, summerizing is needed. What leads to be successful, and what leads to be failed, are very important to you. you really need to know. Then you change whatever leading to be failed to what leading to be successful. You get more experiece. After the period, you see yourself in retrospect, and ask yourself, "Do I become a good seller?" If not, "What else should be done in the next years?" Then make the next-year plan.

The second factor of success?is credit. Some university students don't think it very seriously. They change their mind very rapidly, even some chiefs of companies. For example, you made an appointment several days ago with your customer that your negotiation will be held in this afternoon, but you make a decision in the morning just a few minutes, say, canceling your negotiation and to partake of the conference with another great company with possible more benefits that that of the negotiation before. You just lost your credit. Then you will lose a lot of business chances with the customer, even other customers, no mater who is an individual or a company. That's not good. The correct way is to hold the negotiation on schedule and make another appointment with the company. You should get the credit at first, then you are able to make more money with your higher responsibility.
