New Fitness Program Starts

After the summer swimming, I had a fever in the end of August. I had a break for almost a month and a half. Today, I begin a new fitness program:
2km jogging + 20 push-ups + 20 sit-ups in the first week.

Then increase 1km jogging + 10 push-ups + 10 sit-ups in the next three weeks, Then I reach the full fitness program of:
5km jogging + 50 push-ups + 50 sit-ups.

I publish it here to self-monitor. Also, your encouragement and supervision are welcome.

Today morning, I finished 2km jogging + 18 push-ups.
