HP-UX 10.20 on B132LP, root password recovery

when starting, Press "Esc" to enter in ISL， then execute：

isl>bo pri
(yes/no)y
ipl>hpux -is
ipl>passwd
>(enter your new password) That's ok.

    This below model unix password recover.

    HP D CLASS 9000
    MODEL NO : D220
    PRODECU NO : A3572A
    S NO : 3928A87953

    pls give advice on this.
