Yesterday night, I got on the train which ran from Xichang to Chengdu. There was an interesting thing happened.
Three men, a boy about 18-year-old, a man about 25-year-old, a middle-aged man, played card, called "dou di zhu" (a Chinese special game). If someone(called DI ZHU) loss a game, he should take out five JIAO to every other two; otherwise, the every other two should take out five JIAO to the winner(called DI ZHU). They had played about 4 hours. The boy win 20 YUAN over the middle-aged man. Then they finished the game to be ready for sleeping. The boy thought about a while, and said to the middle-aged man, "Please take back your money. You said, we play the card for entertainment, so I should not take your money." The middle-aged man take back his money after hesitateing a while, and smiled.
I did not know how the boy thought. I guessed that he thought gambling is not good for everyone, and money is the root of evil, so he untread the middle-aged man's money.
I think that the boy is simple, so he is not tempted by the money.
