这两天，成都的天气奇好，阳光明媚，很多同学都出来，找张报纸，和同学一起坐在草坪上，尽情地享受充足的阳光，一边打打扑克。 龙泉的桃花也红了。据我所知，已经有两个实验室的组织去看桃花了。 这几天，老板催的紧，就目前的研究项目，要写两个较为详细的研究报告，有点忙了。 所以，在这个阳光明媚的一天，我仍然在实验室里呆着。 昨天下午，骑车去了趟购书中心，买了一张DVD，郑钧的《温暖呐喊（2005演唱会）》，一张CD，Bon Jovi 的《Have a Nice Day》。听起来挺过瘾的。我一直挺喜欢摇滚音乐，特别是重金属风格的。当然不会局限于此，其它的，只要我觉得曲子写得好，歌词写得好的，我都喜欢。古典音乐也是我喜欢的类型之一。 Send article as PDF
房地产预售制度的确应该取消。 首先，房地产，也就是说“商品房”，既然你是商品，那是不是应该制成成品了，才能拿来卖？房子还没建好，你就拿出来叫卖，没有道理嘛。 再有，现在的制度，对于老百姓来说，预售付出的款子根本得不到任何保障。如果老百姓花钱买了个预售房，到时老板跑掉了，咋办？要是房子建好了，跟原先说的不一样？那又咋办？打官司？ 还有一些其他不利于房地产健康发展的一些因素。? Send article as PDF
