I made a new fitness program last Sunday and started it. It has been going on for one week, except having a rest yesterday. This is the beginning day of the second week, I take exercise almost as I planned. I finished eight laps of jogging and 16 push-ups, and 20 sit-ups this morning, I can't increase the number of push-ups and sit-ups, because the muscle strength is not enough. It should take more time to rebuild it. I should not be impatient since fitness program is a long-term plan. I believe I will become more healthy.
