Gaman officials have rejected China's demand for sensitive technology in exchange for biulding high-tech maglev rail between Shanghai and Hangzhou.
In China, people always want to get the technology through big market, especially high-tech and some sensitive technology. But this is rejected. I think we should think the strategy, exchanging market for technology, is good or not. We give up our market, and always get general technology, not the high technology we want.
So I think, we should develop ourselves high technology, even though we invest much money.
