This morning, I opened the web browser to visit my site, but this could not be done, because the hosting service is temporary unavailable for emergent maintenance. However, I never received any reminders in advance.
I was very worried about that this site cannot be recovered. In fact, The maintenance was finished in this afternoon, about 15:40. After supper, I backup my database and documents in the hosting server. My lastest database backup was on Sept 24. It was too long for backup. I will backup the database weekly.
For me, this hosting service is enough to use, but this 12-hour breakdown made me will to transfer it to another hosting service. However, this would be wait until next month, because this hosting service expires in November. I have googled hosting service, the most popular hosting services are BlueHost, Hostmonster, FastDomain, LunarPages, GoDaddy. They are good enough and affordable. DreamHost is another popular hosting service, but it is expensive to me.
