Several days ago, an officier of Ministry of Education (abbr. as MOE) said MOE would manage/fire countryside teachers, who teach pupils in countryside with very low salary, being called as min ban jiao shi (dai ke jiao shi in official), at primary schools in countryside. They are employed by the local goverment, but never get the general. They began to teach from they are young, and now most of them are old now. They give countryside education most of their life. But now, they would face to lose the only work, the only economy source. Many of them get RMB 80 per month in Gansu province. And other provinces is not good yet.
MOE said managing/firing, the local govermants would fire, they don't care you are will or not, and never care your lost youth, lost time, and they don't pay you money.
